As of Sunday, March 29th, Michigan’s Unemployment Insurance Agency has implemented a schedule for claimants to file according to their last names.
You can file your claim online at michigan.gov/uia, or by phone at 1-866-500-0017.
Online Filing Schedule
Those with last names that begin with A-L can file online on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Those with last names that begin with M-Z can file online on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. If you missed your day to file online, you can file on Saturday.
Call Center Filing Schedule
Those with last names that begin with A-L can call on Monday and Wednesday. Those with last names that begin with M-Z can call on Tuesday and Thursday. If you missed your day to call, you can do so on Friday.
